Windows 10 Upgrade - US Regional Settings
There is a known issue with which has occurred for Windows 7 & 8 users where the regional settings are defaulting to English (US) following the upgrade to Windows 10 which is the likely cause issues with the Keytime software.
In order to fix this you need to change the regional settings to English (UK) and then restart your machine please refer to the following steps:
Windows start button > settings > time & language > Under related settings select Additional date time & regional settings > Region/change location > Formats > the format will be set to English ( United States ) needs changing to English (United Kingdom)
