IMPORTANT CHANGES TO HOW WE PROVIDE YOU WITH SUPPORT:


We want to let you know about some important changes that we are making to how we deliver Support to you.


From 6th November 2017, you will need to use the following methods to obtain Support:

After 6th November 2017, you will not be able to log tickets or send emails to the old support website and email address, so please ensure that everyone in your team is aware of this change.


If you are an existing customer you will shortly receive an email invitation from our new helpdesk. Please look out for it.
