End of Support for Windows XP & Windows Vista


As part of our commitment to keeping you informed, we want to let you know that, following Microsoft itself, Keytime will be phasing out support for Windows XP & Vista operating system starting from April 5th 2016.


What is end of support?


End of support refers to the date when we no longer provide updates or technical support for our software on machines running Windows XP & Vista.


Why are we making this change?


Microsoft have ceased to support the XP operating system and will also cease to support Windows Vista in April 2017, and therefore we are forced to follow suit in order to protect the security and integrity of our products.


What should you do?


Make sure that all computers running Keytime software are using a supported operating system: Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7,


What if you continue to use Keytime Software on Windows XP or Vista?


We cannot guarantee that Keytime software will work on Windows XP or Vista. You may find that it works for the time being, but you may experience issues as we roll out updates and enhancements.
